Return & Refund Policy

At 2Mech, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here’s our return and refund policy:

  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Damaged/Defective: In case of damaged or defective items, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds:
    Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Once the refund is processed, it may take an additional 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

    Exchange:
    At present, 2Mech is not accepting any product exchanges. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Note: Some products like personalized/customized items may not be eligible for returns.
